Q:  Can I clear the lot myself or do I need to use a contractor?
A:  Yes you can clear the lot yourself or Royale Realty should have a list of contractors who      
        work at the lake.

Q:  What are the fees to use the boat ramps and boat docks?
A:  None - your dues pay for these services.

Q:  Is there an admission charge for the pool?
A:  No.  Your dues pay for this.

Q:  Can I leave my RV/Camper there year-round?
A:  Yes many do.

Q:  Are the gates to the lake locked during certain hours?
A:  No.  This is YOUR lake and it is open 24/7 year round.

Q:  The lot doesn't have a septic system.  What do I do?
A:  There are dump stations located around the lake or you can have a local service dump          
 your tanks for a fee.

Q:  What if I want a fully developed lot?
A:  Royale Realty should have a list of contractors who work at the lake.

Q:  Will I own this lot or am I leasing it?
A:  You own the lot - a Warranty Deed (recorded with the county) comes with every lot.

Q:  How long and where do I go for closing?  How much will it cost me?
A:  Royale Realty will provide you with all the closing information
